Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Original order number or receipt is required.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, Accessories (such as hats, socks, or hair accessories) marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer-centric team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Step 2: Await Authorization & Instructions
We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send items back without an RMA.
Step 3: Ship Your Items
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA slip. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Step 4: Processing & Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival), we will notify you via email.
- For Refunds: Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- For Exchanges: We will ship the requested replacement item to you promptly.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are processed with the same security and care as our payment systems. After we approve your return:
- Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we process it. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer refunds to alternative accounts or methods.
Note: Shipping fees (Standard or Free Shipping via EMS) are non-refundable.

Exclusions & Final Sale Items
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our clients, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:
- Accessories (e.g., socks, headbands, etc.) that are marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
All other items from our MEN’S, Joggers, Leggings, Lounge, Shorts, and Tops collections are eligible under the standard policy.
