We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Product availability is subject to change.

3.1 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, Accessories (e.g., hats, socks, hair accessories) marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. All other items are covered under our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.

  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process the approved return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
